The mission of the Tecumseh Chiefs Amateur Athletic Association operating as The Tecumseh Chiefs Hockey Club, a not for profit community based organization is,

"To operate and maintain a Junior Hockey Team in the Western Ontario Hockey League, of the Ontario Hockey Association that will promote interest in amateur hockey through entertaining hockey games played by a team composed of as many local resident players as possible that will help develop and foster a community spirit and involvement."
